Fight puts Power onto DL

The Indians placed right-handed reliever Ted Power on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday night because of an injury sustained when he tried to join a fight with the Royals the night before.

Power strained his left calf muscle as he jumped up from his seat in the bullpen when the brawl broke out in the eighth inning Monday night. The fight began when Albert Belle charged Kansas City's Neal Heaton for throwing a pitch behind him.
