The Russels

Frank "Beans" and Jeannette Greegor Russel of Spring Hill recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

The Russels were married on Aug. 29, 1942, in Yeadon, Pa. Beans is a retired marine instrument technician and a 32nd-degree member of Lansdowne Masonic Lodge 711. He also is a member of the Hernando Shrine Club. Jeannette is a member of the Yasmin Shrine Guild. They moved to Spring Hill in March 1982.

They have five children: Jeannette of Swarthmore, Pa., Jane of Spring Hill, Frank of Secane, Pa., Joan of Feasterville, Pa., and Johnof Studio City, Calif. They have 12 grandchildren. An anniversary party with family and friends took place at the Springfield Country Club in Pennsylvania.

The Klikases

SPRING HILL _ Mary and John Klikas recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married Aug. 22, 1942, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Cleveland. After World War II, they moved to the Detroit area, where they lived 35 years. John is a retired combustion engineer.

Mary and John celebrated their golden wedding anniversary at a luncheon given in their honor at the Pine Lake Country Club in Orchard Lake, Mich. The Klikases, who have lived in Spring Hill 4{ years, have two children, Dr. John R. Klikas of Newberry, Mich., and Kathleen Roberts, who lives with her husband, Gary, in Madison, Va.
