A Clearwater man was arrested Wednesday on charges of selling 32 grams of crack cocaine to Pasco Sheriff's Office deputies.
According to arrest reports, James Arthur Pollock, 55, of 1008 Railroad Ave., had met with undercover deputies four times since Sept. 30 and was arrested in Holiday after the last sale.
Capt. Gene Caruso called Pollock a mid-level dealer and said more arrests might be made before the Sheriff's Office investigation is complete. Caruso estimated the street value of the drug _ which weighed about 1 ounce _ at about $3,200.
As of Thursday, Pollock was being held at the Central Pasco Detention Center in lieu of a $400,000 bail.
