Paul and Norma DuFour of Inverness, who recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married on Sept. 11, 1942, in Plattsburgh, N.Y. A celebration for family and friends was held in Inverness over the Labor Day weekend. Judge Gary Graham paid a surprise visit to offer his congratulations and wish them well. They are the parents of three children. Their daughters are Kathryn Loger of Inverness and Mary Anne Lecce of Collinsville, Ill. Their son is Gregory DuFour of Charlotte, N.C. They also have three granddaughters, Deborah McQuillin of Inverness, Jaqueline Miller of Newburgh, N.Y., and Christina DuFour of Charlotte. Michael Bruce McQuillin of Inverness and Michael Anthony Miller of Newburgh are their great-grandsons.
