The Daily Group Inc., 132 Seventh Ave. S, Safety Harbor, has been awarded the contract for exterior painting and waterproofing of five buildings at River Oaks Condominiums in Tampa.

Morgan Construction Corp. Inc., 26133 U.S. 19 N, Suite 312, Dunedin, was awarded the contract for renovation and repair of the Bay Terrace Building in Clearwater.

Medical Management & Marketing Inc., 200 First Ave. N, Suite 206, St. Petersburg, was chosen to handle employment and recruitment advertising in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties for Olsten HealthCare, 2 Corporate Drive, Suite 170, Clearwater.

INDUSTRY

Precision Power Products Inc., in the Skyway Business Center, 3018 22nd Ave. S, St. Petersburg, was chosen by the Federal Aviation Administration to build transformers for navigation and landing lighting. The contract is valued at $400,000. The company was selected from small businesses across the country.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

John Heagney Public Relations, Holiday, was selected by Mike Avis Productions of Clearwater to develop a public relations program. Mike Avis Productions coordinates entertainment packages for special events.

REAL ESTATE

Mitlin Properties Inc., 25 Second St. N, Suite 410, St. Petersburg, announced the following lease transactions:

American Ring Binder Inc., 3140 46th Ave. N, St. Petersburg, 5,000 square feet; Suncoast Recycle and Transfer Inc., 2600 24th St. N, St. Petersburg, 8,000 square feet.
