Float-tography

Scott Street, who runs the Up-Shots business from his New Port Richey home, is all geared up to take photographs using a camera mounted on a blimp. Street is able to frame his shots using a control panel and a small TV screen, below, that is hooked to a separate video camera on the blimp. When the image is right, he can make an exposure. The tethered blimp can go as high as 200 feet. People who use the service include developers, real-estate people and city planners. Story, 1E
