The Human Development Center of Pasco has changed its name to The Harbor Behavioral Health Care Institute.
The center is a private, non-profit treatment program for drug and alcohol dependency, mental disorders and for families in crisis.
Since 1971, the center has provided help to people regardless of ability to pay.
Six sites in New Port Richey, one in Dade City and one in Lutz offer services such as job training, a day program for seniors, child and adolescent day treatment, housing assistance and HIV/AIDS education.
