ACKERMAN, MARY M., 70, of Tampa, died Saturday (June 12, 1993) in Tampa. She was born in England and moved here from Kansas City, Mo., in 1969. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Bob; a son, Terry D., Land O'Lakes; three sisters, Dorothy R. Stanchak, Inverness, and Nita King and Goldie Kauncey, both of Peterborough, England; and a grandchild. BROWN, CLYDE H. SR., 75, of Tampa, died Thursday (June 10, 1993) in Tampa. He was born in Georgia and moved here from Anderson, S.C., in 1944. He was a retired machinist of 34 years for Continental Can Co. Survivors include his wife, Rosa Lee; three sons, Clyde H. Jr. and Michael E., both of Tampa, and Earnest R., Seffner; a daughter, Betty J. Bichard, Tampa; a brother, Edward Brown, South Carolina; three sisters, Lois H. CRUM, DEANNA D., infant daughter of Derek and Pamela Crum, Tampa, died Thursday (June 10, 1993) in Tampa. She was born in Tampa. GIDDENS, NORMAN LEE, 52, of Tampa, died Friday (June 11, 1993) in Hillsborough County from injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born in Venice, Fla., and lived in this area most of his life. He worked for a mason construction company. He was an Army veteran and a Baptist. Survivors include a son, David Foster, Tampa; two daughters, Vernell Giddens, Venice, and Jimmie Lynn Sport, Tampa; two brothers, Jack, Panama City, Fla., and Martin, Tampa; three sisters, Betty and Carol, both of Pasadena, Texas, and Gracie, Englewood; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. HOLLAND, MARY LOUISE, of Tampa, died Friday (June 11, 1993) at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa. She was born in Muncie, Ind., and moved here three years ago from Los Angeles. She was a retired clerical worker and a Baptist. Survivors include a brother, Howard Holland Jr., Greenville, Ohio; two sisters, Martha Roberts, Indiana, and Patricia Holland, Tampa. SNEED, JAMES, 84, of Seffner, died Saturday (June 12, 1993) at home. He was born in West Virginia and moved here in 1971. He was a retired coal miner and a Protestant. Survivors include two sons, Paul and Damon, both of Ohio; three daughters, Ruth Sims, Fort Wayne, Ind., Helen Perez, Tampa, and Lori Cameron, Seffner; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. VARELA, OREE C. "TOMMIE," 79, of Lutz, died Friday (June 11, 1993) in Tampa. She was born Vidalia, Ga., and moved here 52 years ago. She was a retired cigar maker and a member of Sunlake Baptist Church in Lutz. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Roel and Curry Funeral Home, Tampa.

WATKINS, EMMA A., 75, of Tampa, died Friday (June 11, 1993) at Brandon Hospital. She was born in Missouri and moved here from Collinsville, Ill., in 1957. She was a homemaker and a Protestant. Survivors include three sons, Ronald E., Raleigh and Gary W., all of Tampa; a sister, Maxine, Myrant, Farmington, Mo.; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. ZICHECK, GEORGE, 85, of Tampa, died Friday (June 11, 1993) in the former Czechoslovakia. He was born in Cleveland and moved here in 1947. He was the owner of Zicheck Restaurant in Tampa since 1947. He attended St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Stephanie; a son, Kenneth, Brandon; a daughter, Beverly Zicheck, Yeehaw Junction; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Marsicano-B.
