OBITUARIES

BALDWIN, HAROLD B., 86, of Hudson, died Saturday (June 12, 1993) at Spring Hill Regional Hospital. He was a 17-year resident of Brooksville, coming from Binghamton, N.Y., and was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10209, Spring Hill, and Carpenters Local 721, Binghamton. Survivors include a son, H. Bruce, Boston; a daughter, Beverly Vincent, Holly Hill; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Pinecrest Funeral Chapel, Brooksville.

DiFIORE, PAUL J., 85, of Beverly Hills, died Saturday (June 12, 1993). Born in Bronx, N.Y., he came here 19 years ago from Farmingville, N.Y., and was a retired truck driver. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and the Italian American Club, both of Beverly Hills. Survivors include his wife, Lillian T.; three daughters, Betty Nordstorm, Adeline Carter and Carmella Adkins, all of Long Island, N.Y.; a sister, Fay Alfano, Poquoge, N.Y.; 18 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. EPPS, J. ELEANORE, 73, of Citrus Springs, died Saturday (June 12, 1993). Born in Plymouth, Mich., she came here 11 years ago from Northville, Mich., and was a retired secretary for the Ford Motor Co. She was a Protestant. Survivors include her husband, William H.; a son, William, Southline, Mich.; two sisters, Bernice Taylor and Virginia Fehling, both of Plymouth; and one grandchild. KLEMMICK, LOUISE C., 89, of Spring Hill, died Friday (June 11, 1993) at Brooksville Regional Hospital. Born in Baltimore, she came here one year ago from Maple Grove, Minn. She was an Episcopalian. O'HARA, MARIAN S., 71, of Brooksville, died Sunday (June 13, 1993) at the Arbors at Bayonet Point, Hudson. She came here 63 years ago from her native Mount Pleasant and was a retired letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. She was a member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and the First Baptist Church, Brooksville. Survivors include her husband, John Grady; three sons, Bill, Big Lake, Ark., and Jack and Roy, both of Brooksville; a daughter, Ann O'Hara, Big Lake; and a brother, Malcolm Shepard, Brooksville. PHELPS, CLAYTON JESSE, 84, of Inverness, died Friday (June 11, 1993) at home. Born in South Dansville, N.Y., he came here 18 years ago from Arkport, N.Y., and was retired from the Allegany County Highway Maintenance Department. He was a member of the South Dansville Grange and Masonic Lodge and the First United Methodist Church, Inverness. Survivors include his wife, Thelma B.; a son, William, Arkport; a stepson, Dr. Wayne Harrington, Malaysia; a daughter, Irene Floyd, Arkport; a stepdaughter, Maryellen Haynes, Contoocook, N.H.; a brother, Robert, Wellsville, N.Y.; a sister, Ruth Blaksly, Lecanto; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. SIINO, ANTONINA G., 71, of Brooksville, died Friday (June 11, 1993) at Evergreen Woods Health Care Center. Born in St. Louis, she came here three months ago from Cicero, Ill. Survivors include a son, Robert, Brooksville; a daughter, Roseanna Mueller, LeGrange, Ill.; a sister, Beatrice Augosta, Floral Park, N.Y.; and three grandchildren. SMITH, CHARLES T., 78, of Brooksville, died Saturday (June 12, 1993) at home. Born in Crawford County, Ind., he came here 25 years ago from Anderson, Ind., and was a retired security guard for the Sumter Correctional Institution and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a Methodist. Survivors include three sisters, Esther Baker and Juanita Trinkle, both of Anderson, and Dorothy Hosafros, Gahanna, Ohio; and two brothers, William and Temple, both of Anderson. SMITH, TELLIS, 85, of Dunnellon, died Saturday (June 12, 1993) at Crystal River Geriatric Center. Born in Opp, Ala., she came here 10 years ago from Largo. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church, Largo. Survivors include three sons, John and Talmadge, both of Dunnellon, and Edward, Largo; three daughters, Dorothy Smith, Opp, Betty Jones, Enterprise, Ala., and Shirley Arriola, North Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, Gladys Jackson, Dunnellon; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. STEWART, WILLIAM BURR "BILL," 56, of Lecanto, died Friday (June 11, 1993). Born in Lake City, he came here seven years ago from Lancaster, Pa., and was a manager for Falvey's Clothing Store, Ocala. He was an Air Force veteran and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Marian O.; two sons, William II, Marion Heights, Pa., and Steven, Kulpmont, Pa.; a daughter, Pamela Stewart, Lecanto; his father, William Stewart, Jacksonville; and three grandchildren.
