Newly appointed interim U.S. Attorney Douglas N. Frazier took the oath of office Friday in Tampa. Frazier, 43, of Fort Myers will lead the office until President Clinton appoints a permanent replacement. Frazier has served as an assistant prosecutor under outgoing U.S. Attorney Robert Genzman and as an interim U.S. attorney in Nevada. "This is as good an honor as you can receive," Frazier said at the ceremony. "This is one of, if not the, best offices in the country."
