Philip H. Manos, son of George and Angela Manos of St. Petersburg, professional diploma in performance and commercial arranging.
St. Petersburg residents receiving degrees were Dale A. Keis, bachelor of science in Broadcasting and Film; Eli E. Neusner, masters in business administration and management; and Joseph P. Tangorra, bachelor of fine arts in theater studies, cum laude.
M. Lucille Yeager, daughter of Mrs. Lynn A. Holloway of St. Petersburg, earned a bachelor of arts degree in sociology.

Candice Eileen Obrentz, daughter of Sue and Gary Froid of St. Petersburg, earned a bachelor of arts degree in English.
