Century 21 J.W. Morton Real Estate Inc. in Inverness has earned the Centurion Award. Roy Bass received the Centurion Award for individual production. Million Dollar Club members are Bass, Karen Morton, Marie Richmond, Ruth Frederick and Maxine Zokosky. Golden Eagle Awards went to Scott Bender, Frederick and Zokosky. The Presidents' Award went to Morton, Bass and Richmond. The following have joined Century 21 J. W. Morton as new associates: Linda Smith, Marian Simpson and Carl Griffiths. Simpson and Griffiths are 1993 Million Dollar producers.

Pat Woessner was voted "Woman of the Year" by members of the Manatee Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association. Woessner, a caseworker at Marion-Citrus Mental Health Centers Inc., has been active with ABWA since 1990. She lives in Crystal River.

Richard and Janet Yant, owners of JDP Kennel in Lecanto, recently attended the American Boarding Kennel Association Region 5 Regional Meeting at Cypress Gardens.

Hilda McFall, a licensed optician, and Lane Shaw, an optical assistant, both of Citrus Eye Center in Lecanto, recently attended a meeting of opticians in Tampa.

Mary Stephens recently received the 100% Club Award, Re/Max's highest honor. The award is given to the highest producing sales agents in the Re/Max organization. Stephens also was the top producing Re/Max agent in Citrus County in 1993.


LECANTO _ Brentwood in the Meadow has changed its name to Brentwood Retirement Community as a way to convey Brentwood's mission of serving retirement-age people, said General Manager Joseph Stall. Brentwood Retirement Community has about 280 residents and offers five levels of retirement living and care: independent living, three levels of assisted living, and skilled health care. The community opened in 1984 and is at 1900 W Alpha Court.
