Sandra J. Williams has joined the accounting firm of Mroczkowski, Simmons and La Plant as an associate. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of South Florida and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Dr. James P. Orlowski, medical director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Center at the University Community Hospital, was recently awarded honorable mention in a national competition sponsored by the American Federation for Clinical Research Foundation. He was one of two winners in the 1993 Nellie Westerman Prize in clinical research ethics. The Westerman program examines the handling of ethical issues in research.

Orlowski has also been selected as a Fellow in the American College of Critical Care Medicine. Twenty nine were selected from a national field of 73 applicants. Selection is based on results of a written exam, personal review by committee and recognition of contributions to the field of critical care medicine.

Victor Davis is the 1993 Salesperson of the Year for Lazy Days RV Center. With 17 years' experience in the RV industry, Davis captured 203 percent of his goal. In the towable division, John Fleming achieved 140 percent of his goal.

Gregory M. Albers has joined Murray Co. as a project manager. He has a bachelor's degree from Tulane University and his technical experience includes project management of design/build projects and construction coordination of both industrial and commercial projects.

Roger Rivard of James Pontiac-GMC Truck Inc., Brandon, was recognized as a Pontiac Division Master Dealer at the 1993 Pontiac Masters Business Conference held in November in Puerto Rico. Out of 2,900 Pontiac dealers 320 achieved the status. The conference provided the top dealers with an opportunity to exchange ideas with other successful dealers, gain insights from former president George Bush and formally receive the Pontiac Master Dealer honorarium.

Kate Bray is the new vice president of operations at Town & Country Hospital. Bray earned her bachelor's of science in nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and was a distinguished graduate of Webster University in St. Louis, Mo., where she received her master's in management.

Starlin K. Favors has been named director of patient registration at Memorial Hospital of Tampa. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration at Florida Southern College in Lakeland. Carolyn N. Greenwell is the director of materials management at the hospital. She earned her master's degree from St. Francis University and an associate degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas.

Gary Wehunt has joined the staff of Peak Barr Petralia Biety Inc. as an account supervisor. Wehunt is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has 14 years of experience in marketing and advertising. He will be responsible for heading the agency's business development committee, as well as providing account service to selected existing clients.
