Graham's complaint refused

The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday that it will not consider former county Judge Gary Graham's complaint about being removed from office. The Florida Supreme Court bounced Graham from the bench in June after finding that he had violated judicial ethics. As promised, Graham took his complaint all the way to the nation's high court. The court, however, receives many requests for review each year and grants only a handful. It denied Graham's request without comment. Graham now operates a private law office in Inverness and is a candidate for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
