Reggie trying to help Horn plenty

Reggie Jackson is working with Sam Horn on his swing and other facets of his game in the Yankees' camp.

"I don't think I could go wrong asking Reggie Jackson to be my tutor," said Horn, 30, who also played for Boston, Baltimore and Cleveland. "He's given me confidence. He has put in my mind that a legitimate power hitter doesn't try to pull the ball all the time."

Horn, 6 feet 5 and 247 pounds, hit 42 home runs last season, 38 for Triple-A Charlotte and four for the Cleveland Indians during a brief September call-up. He was released by the Indians and signed a minor-league contract with the Yankees.
