Spencer and Jonnatti Architects, 1661 East Bay Drive, Largo, has completed architectural services for a 55,000-square-foot Aaron's Distribution Center in Auburndale for Aaron's Rent To Own of Atlanta. Construction is to be completed in April.


Peter R. Brown Construction, 1475 S Belcher Road, Largo, has been selected to do code upgrading on the three-story Sentinel Square office complex in Clearwater. The company's office in Tallahassee has been selected as the design/builder for a 40,000-square-foot Christ Presbyterian Church in Tallahassee.


Flag Painting, 434 Imperial Drive, Largo, has been awarded a contract to paint stores in the Levitz Shopping Center, Bay Vista Shopping Center and the Mayflower Warehouse in Tampa. Bob Kocher of Flag Painting has completed and passed a lead-based paint inspection and risk assessment course at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.


Tobin K. Hom has joined Raymond James & Associates as a financial adviser at its office, 26750 U.S. 19 N, Clearwater. He most recently was a district manager for Armour Swift-Eckrich. He has a degree in finance from the University of South Florida.
