Celtics win, snap Heat run

Celtics 112, Heat 104: Dee Brown scored six key points in the final two minutes Monday night to help hot-shooting Boston snap host Miami's team-record seven-game winning streak. The Celtics won their second straight following a franchise-record 13-game losing streak. They also ended an eight-game road skid. Miami guard Bimbo Coles dislocated the middle finger on his left hand and is expected to be out two weeks.

Timberwolves: The team hopes to work out a deal by March 15 to keep the team at Target Center. A group is interested in moving it to New Orleans.

Attendance: Attendance is up 1.63 percent over last season, boosted by big gains in San Antonio and Houston.

Warriors: Chris Webber cut a commercial for a line of sports apparel, to air on TNT. It concludes with Webber walking off the set, the director saying, "Time out, man, you have 20 seconds left," and Webber answering, "Hey, I'm not falling for that again."
