GARDINER, DOROTHY L., 79, of Hudson, died Thursday (Oct. 20, 1994) at HCA Bayonet Point/Hudson Medical Center. Born in Providence, R.I., she came here 10 years ago from East Greenwich, R.I. She was a Protestant. Survivors include two sons, Dean W., Providence, and Dexter C., Aspen, Colo.; and two grandchildren. Arlington Funeral Home, Port Richey.

JONES, LOIS G., 84, of New Port Richey, died Friday (Oct. 21, 1994) at home. Born in Murray, Ky., she came here 21 years ago from Dearborn, Mich. She was a clerk for Ford Motor Co. and a member of the First Baptist Church, Jasmine Lakes. Survivors include a son, Bryan, New Port Richey; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. JOY, HELEN MARGARET HEAGY, 74, of Wilmington, N.C., formerly of New Port Richey, died Tuesday (Oct. 11, 1994) in Mariner Health Care, Wilmington. She was born in Springfield, Mass. Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Joy Carey, Baltimore, Md., Gail Joy Montgomery, Wilmington, and Holly Joy Swan, New Port Richey; a son, Stephen E. LIEBERS, DELLA A., 86, of Holiday, died Thursday (Oct. 20, 1994) at HCA New Port Richey Hospital. Born in Newman Grove, Neb., she came here 24 years ago from Chicago. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Lutheran Church, New Port Richey. Survivors include her husband, Fred; three daughters, Sharon Watier, Chicago, Carol Sellers, Dunedin, and Janet Robertson, Clearwater; a brother, Orville Johnson, Spokane, Wash.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. POPE, LOLA M., 69, of New Port Richey, died Wednesday (Oct. 20, 1994) at Park Lake Village Care Center, New Port Richey. Born in Bedford, Va., she came here 20 years ago from North Carolina. She was a former purchasing agent for the Army PX System and Baptist. Survivors include four brothers, Fred Wilson, Smith Mountain Lake, Va., Everett Wilson, Roanoke, Va., Linwood Wilson, Lynchburg, Va., and Alvin Wilson, San Diego, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. RABE, GERT ERIC, 68, of Hudson, died Thursday (Oct. 20, 1994) at home. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, he came seven years ago from Ridgefield, Conn. He was a architect for the Parks and Recreation Department of Pasco County and a firearms instructor for the Connecticut State Police. SCHRICK, WILLIAM A., 82, of Holiday, died Thursday (Oct. 20, 1994) at HCA New Port Richey Hospital. Born in Winona, Minn., he came here 25 years ago from Joliet, Ill. SCHWARZ, CATHERINE W., 82, of Zephyrhills, died Thursday (Oct. 20, 1994) at Tampa General Hospital. She came here seven years ago from her native Pittsburgh. She was a homemaker and a member of the Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Zephyrhills. She was a past member of Ladies Shrine and Eastern Star, Pittsburgh. Survivors include her husband, Fred C.; a son, Fred W., Washington, Pa.; a daughter, Margie C. VAN DEURSEN, RUTH M., 51, of Zephyrhills, died Friday (Oct. 21, 1994) at Zephyr Haven Nursing Center. Born in New York City, she came here 16 years ago from Laurel, Md. She was a computer systems analyst. She attended Faith Baptist Church, Zephyrhills and wa a member of the Christian League for the Handicapped. Survivors include her mother, Martha Kaiser, Zephyrhills; and a brother, Siegfried Kaiser, Zephyrhills. Oakley Funeral Home, Zephyrhills.
