Real estate broker attends conference

David Sturgill, real estate broker and owner of CENTURY 21 David Sturgill Inc., recently attended the CENTURY 21 system's National Brokers' Communications Congress in Washington, D.C. During the three-day conference, Sturgill asked legislators to increase the minimum FHA loan, to extend the ability of self-employed individuals to deduct health care premiums in order to take a deduction on their 1994 taxes, and to retain laws that do not impose new payroll taxes on small businesses.

Woody Carpenter, Bob Flickinger, Patti Pienkos and Wes Radford of CENTURY 21 David Sturgill Inc. each received certificates for completing the 21 Plus Program and Effective Financing through the CENTURY 21 training program.

Diana Kraus, sales associate with CENTURY 21 Gavish Realty, has achieved the $2-million mark in production as of August. Kraus has been employed in real estate for more than five years. She is a member of the Hernando County Association of Realtors and the CENTURY 21 Masters Ruby Club.


Jerald Martz has been named sales associate with ERA Palmwood Realty's commercial/investment division. Before his employment with ERA Palmwood, Martz was founder and part owner of Prudential Pro Realty. He lives in Hernando Beach and can be reached at 597-2500.
