Edward J. Page, Assistant U.S. Attorney and chief of the major crimes section is chairman of the Florida Bar's Criminal Law Certification Committee, 1994-95.

Georgette Jimenez has been hired as an account executive with Amherst Marketing Associates, a full-service marketing, advertising and public relations firm specializing in technical products and services. She will concentrate on new business development and public relations.

James Russ, a delivery driver for United Parcel Service in Hillsborough County, has been recognized by the company for 20 years of driving without an accident.

Lisa Brock has been named as director of marketing at the Museum of Science and Industry. With 14 years of marketing experience, Brock will oversee the marketing and public relations of the museum's $35-million expansion project which includes permanent exhibits, a retail outlet, a cafe and a public library. Brock earned her bachelor's degree from Florida State University.

Jeffrey Winkler and Troy Crotts, lawyers with Fowler, White, Gillen, Boggs, Villareal and Banker, recently received their board certification in Civil Trial Law from the Florida Bar.

Glenn Phillips has joined the Harbour Island Athletic Club as food and beverage manager. His responsibilities will include management and supervision of the Club's American Harvest Restaurant and the Grille, from menu planning, event planning and purchasing to staff management. Phillips graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.

Michael Antal has joined the Tampa headquarters of First Financial Marketing Services and will be responsible for the company's recruiting efforts in northwest Florida. Antal is a certified insurance consultant representing 28 different insurance companies and his expertise includes customized corporate and business continuity planning, estate and retirement income planning.

Bill Warden has been promoted to senior production manager of ICM's newly opened Clearwater branch. In his new position, he will be responsible for developing Realtor, builder and homeowner mortgage business in South Pasco and North Pinellas counties.

Dr. Jerrold Reid Robins has become an associate with Drs. Sheer, Ahearn and Associates P.A. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston University, and he has served as a clinical fellow in radiology at Harvard Medical School where he was also an instructor. Robins serves as staff radiologist of University Community Hospital, University Community Hospital-Carrollwood, Brandon Hospital, North Bay Medical Center and St. Joseph's Women's Hospital.

Spencer M. Punnett has been appointed to serve as a member of the American Bar Association's Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law. Punnett is a lawyer with the law firm of Carlton, Fields, Ward, Emmanuel, Smith and Cutler P.A. He also has been appointed as the editor-in-chief of Litigation News, an official publication of the American Bar Association. Punnett earned his bachelor's degree and law degree from Northwestern University.

Nancy Cline has joined Mueller and Associates Advertising as account supervisor. She will be in charge of several existing agency accounts as well as supervising new account responsibilities. Cline graduated from the University of New York at Buffalo.

Antonio J. Amadeo has joined Solutions Inc. as director of design. Amadeo recently completed the Hillsborough County Center in downtown Tampa. Ken Romeo also has joined Solutions Inc. as project coordinator for interior tenant design and construction.

Barbara J. Pittman and Timon Sullivan were elected chairwoman and vice chairman respectively of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the 13th Judicial Circuit of the state of Florida. Pittman is an attorney with the law firm of Williams and Associates, and Sullivan is a partner with the law firm of Gunn, Ogden and Sullivan. Robert Saunders Sr. was elected to fill the vacant lay position on the commission.

Sharon Backus, relocation coordinator of TAM-BAY Realty was awarded the RELO Certified Corporate Marketer designation at the annual conference in New Orleans.

Richard A. Nielsen has been awarded board certification by the Florida Bar as a civil trial attorney. He is an attorney with the business law firm of Salem, Saxon and Nielsen P.A. Nielsen has practiced law for more than 19 years and has experience in complex civil litigation matters including personal injury defense as well as an extensive background in bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters.
