OBITUARIES

BERANEK, DOROTHY M., 75, of Spring Hill, died Sunday (Oct. 23, 1994) at home. Born in New York City, she came here 15 years ago from Mount Laurel, N.J. She was a retired bookkeeper and Presbyterian. Survivors include her husband, William; a son, David, Little Rock, Ark.; a daughter, Ellen, Siena, Italy; two brothers, William Kral, San Antonio, Texas, and Joseph Kral, Texas; a sister, Ellen Divis, Queens, N.Y.; and two grandchildren. COBO, DELIO M., 83, of Inverness, died Tuesday (Oct. 25, 1994). He came here eight years ago from his native Key West. He was a retired dentist and a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Inverness. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Key West, the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks, Key West, and the utility board of the electric company, and was a former commissioner and mayor of Key West, and the chairman of the Florida and the Keys Aquaduct Committee. Survivors include his wife, Ann Cook; a son, Dr. Andrew I., Inverness; a daughter, Deanna Morais, Gautier, Miss.; two brothers, Lionel, Key West, and John Sr., Miami; two sisters, Rose Henriquez, Inverness, and Solita McCarthy, Key West; and seven grandchildren. LAMB, JAMES EDGAR, 86, of Crystal River, died Thursday (Oct. 27, 1994). Born in Glasgow, Pa., he came here 21 years ago from Cream Ridge, N.J. He was a retired technical representative for E.I. Dupont Co. and the treasurer/owner of an ornamental nursery business. He was a charter member of Faith Lutheran Church, Lecanto, the Seven Rivers Golf Club, president of Seminole Club, Crystal River, Mount Moriah Masonic Lodge F&AM, Bordentown, N.J., the Crescent Shrine Temple and Ancient Accepted, Scottish Rite, Trenton, N.J., honorary member of Rotary International and Paul Harris Fellowship Fund, Bordentown, and former director of the National Accountants Association, New York City. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Hommer; a son, Barry, Crystal River; a daughter, Mary E. Matlean, Cocoa Beach; a sister, Averil Pirkey, Harrisburg, Pa.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Hooper Funeral Home and Crematory, Homosassa.

MARASCIULLO, FABIAN L., 70, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday (Oct. 26, 1994) at HCA Oak Hill Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he came here five years ago from Long Island, N.Y. He was a Catholic and a member of the Bocci Club, Spring Hill. Survivors include his wife, Marion; a son, Thomas, Spring Hill; two daughters, Linda Matsko, Howard Beach, N.Y., and Debra Triola, Spring Hill; two brothers, Joe and Neil, both of Staten Island, N.Y.; a sister, Fannie, Spring Hill; and six grandchildren. MARLIN, ROSE P., 87, of Floral City, died Wednesday (Oct. 26, 1994) in New Port Richey. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she came here 30 years ago from Maryland. She was a retired dress maker and a Catholic. Survivors include two daughters, Angela Renaud, Cape May, N.J., and Thelma Carolyn Cameron, Land O'Lakes; a sister, Jean Daly, Inverness; three grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. THOMAS, HELEN, 72, of Inverness, died Wednesday (Oct. 26, 1994) at home. Born in Dover, N.J., she came here 10 years ago from Mine Hill, N.J. She was a homemaker and a member of the Inverness Ladies of the Moose 2112. Survivors include a son, David W., Inverness; a daughter, Dinah L. Elfers, Mine Hill; three sisters, Anna Kulchar, Catherine Lamkin and Elizabeth Pehowic, all of Inverness; and one grandson. Charles E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness.

THOMAS, LYNN ADELE, 55, of Tallahassee, formerly of Hernando, died Wednesday (Oct. 26, 1994). She was born in Miami and was a retired deputy clerk for the Citrus County Clerk of Courts. Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Ernest; two daughters, Kimberly T. Eno, Inverness, and Sarah Lynn Thomas, Gainesville; her mother, Pearl Rehbein, Gainesville; two sisters, Donna Rehbein, South Bend, Ind., and Patricia Gilbert, Naples; and two grandchildren. YOUNG, JAMES W., 54, of Ozello, died Tuesday (Oct. 25, 1994). Born in Altoona, Pa., he came here 14 years ago from Webster. He was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Jacalyn; two sons, James W., Wildwood, and John W., Webster; his stepmother, Addie, Sunrise; a brother, John, Pennsylvania; two sisters, Vicki Schera, Sunrise, and Darlene Cook, Merritt Island; and nine grandchildren.
