A Tampa woman won the $1-million cash prize Thursday in the Florida Lottery's instant game drawing.
Rita Roehsner, 38, said she plans to use some of the money to put $10,000 in savings accounts for each of her seven children.
"I'm going to buy a big house on at least five acres of land for my family and my grandmother," she said.
Among six other winners who from $50,000 to $10,000 was Billy Myers of Pinellas Park, a $10,000 winner.
The drawing was held at the Greater Jacksonville Fair.
The seven contestants had each mailed an entry ticket to the lottery and became finalists for the prizes when their tickets were drawn at random.
