Two Pinellas County athletes will be honored today for their 1994 accomplishments by the national track and field governing organization.
Sabrina Kelly, formerly a star at St. Petersburg High and now a sophomore at San Jacinto Junior College in Texas is the world junior 100-meter champion. Char Foster, a ninth-grader at Clearwater Central Catholic, set a world youth 400-meter dash record and four national youth records at the Junior Olympic Championships.
