The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce has promoted Bob Wilber to manager of membership development. Wilber had served as a membership development representative.
John Fusco has been named government contract liaison and director of radiology services for the Registry Network of Clearwater. Fusco had served as marketing director for the company's headquarters in Oceanside, Calif.
Thomas W. Kelly has been named vice president of New York Life's AARP Life Insurance operations service center in Tampa. Before joining the company, Kelly was president and chief executive officer of Jacksonville-based Dependable Insurance Group.
John Luhn has been named vice president of the life insurance division for Wittner and Co. of St. Petersburg. Before joining Wittner, Luhn was with Transamerica Life Insurance Co. in Tampa.
Lynn Conlen has been promoted to vice president and director of administration for Roll-A-Way of St. Petersburg. Conlen had served as office manager for the company's headquarters. Also, John Block has been promoted to vice president of wholesale sales. He had served as national customer service manager.
Louise I. Cleary has been promoted to vice president of corporate communications for Home Shopping Network Inc. of St. Petersburg. Cleary had been director of corporate communications. She has been with Home Shopping Network since 1987.
Richard Holley, president of Southeast Game Brokers in Tampa, has been elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of the Amusement & Music Operators Association.
Dan Santucci has been elected second vice president of the International Formalwear Association. Santucci is director of sales and wholesale/convention services at Sacino's Formalwear in St. Petersburg.
H. Jay Hill has been named senior vice president of sales and marketing for Technology Research Corp. in Clearwater. Before the appointment, Hill served as president and chief executive officer of AMNET in Framingham, Mass.
Jewel Curley has been named director of the limited memory unit at Freedom Square Nursing Center in Seminole. Curley had served as social services director. She is a facilitator for Freedom Square's Alzheimer's Family Support Group and serves on the board of the Tampa Bay Alzheimer's Association.
Michael Lee Brady has been named executive director of the Hudson Manor Retirement Residence in Tampa. Before the appointment, Brady served as assistant to the architect at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. He also served as project manager in charge of documentation production with George Palermo Architects of Sarasota.
Will Michaels has been named executive director of the Suncoast Manor Retirement Community in St. Petersburg. Before the appointment, Michaels served as executive director of the Children's Board and as deputy director of the Juvenile Welfare Board.
Elizabeth Harmon has rejoined the International Motor Sports Association as director of marketing and promotional services in Tampa. Harmon had served as marketing account supervisor for the association from 1990 to 1991. Before rejoining the organization, Harmon served as assistant vice president of marketing for the St. Petersburg Grand Prix and as director of advertising and promotion for the World Challenge of Tampa.
