Audrey Brammer and Karen Wallace have been promoted at The Bank of Tampa and Keith Brown was elected assistant vice president, credit manager. Brammer and Wallace have been elected assistant vice presidents. Brammer is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Brown is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Alan House, a delivery driver for United Parcel Service, recently was recognized by the company for completing 10 years of driving without an accident.

Kevin J. Napper has joined the law firm of Carlton, Fields, Ward, Emmanuel, Smith and Cutler. He earned his bachelor's degree with honors from Moorehead State University and his law degree from the University of North Dakota. He is a member of the firm's litigation department and practices in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, criminal defense and general negligence actions.

Pamela Kauten has joined radio stations WFLA 970 AM and WFLZ 93.3 in Tampa. She is the recruitment specialist in charge of sales in the recruiting department.

Andrea Zelman has joined the Tampa-based business law firm of Salem, Saxon and Nielsen as an associate. She practices environmental law and general civil litigation. She earned her bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Florida.

Doctors Barry Verkauf and Marc Bernhisel, of Reproductive Laboratory, have met all criteria for accreditation by the Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation.

Winner Koenig creative director Joni Spencer, art director Phillip Bennett, director/cinematographer Curtis Graham, composer Jim Beckwith and photographer Alex McKnight are the award winning creative team. The team won two of the 10 top national awards in the Council for Advancement and Support of Education 1995 Advancement Awards Competition for the University of Tampa's 1994 enrollment campaign. One of the ads has advanced to the 1995 Clio Awards short list and was exhibited at the international festival in San Francisco.

Roy Johnson has joined the firm of Dynamic Health Inc., a privately held hospital chain headquartered in Tampa, as director of information service. He will be responsible for managing all corporate and hospital information service needs.

Brian Sewell has been appointed manager of planning and development for Westchase, a master-planned community in northwest Hillsborough County. Sewell's responsibilities will include builder relations, production coordination, master planning, economic analysis, capital budgeting and property owners association management. Sewell earned a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and a master's degree in operations management from Auburn University in Alabama.

Attorneys with the law firm of Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill and Mullis have been appointed or elected to various positions in the community. Lansing Scriven recently was appointed co-chairman of the 1996 Gasparilla Festival of the Arts. He also was appointed to a two-year term as contract compliance hearing officer for Tampa. Bill Frye was recently elected president of the Columbia University Alumni Club of Tampa Bay and Al O'Neill is serving as the chairman of the nominating committee of the American Bay Association Tax Section. Roberta Watson has been appointed chairwoman of the employee benefits committee of the ABA, section of taxation and John Vento has been appointed co-chairman of the ABA, litigation section, construction litigation committee.
