Workers with All American Concrete install underground pipes Monday near Highland Avenue S and Main Street in downtown Dunedin. David King, center, works on the blue pipe, which carries raw well water to a site where it is made potable. Ray Mott, right, installs a pipe for reclaimed water, which is used for irrigation. Standing to the side are foreman Karl Musgrave, left, and Jim King, utility inspector for the city of Dunedin. The pipes are buried 4{ feet underground. The company also is installing conduit through which fiber-optic cable will be fed later.
