Arthur W. Frederick recently joined John Heagney Public Relations as a senior writer. Frederick attended Northeastern University and the University of Maine. He was a founder and first president of the Maine State House Newspersons Association. A native of Massachusetts, Frederick resides in Palm Harbor.

Dr. Harvey J. Feld of Catalano & Feld Pathology Associates was recently honored by the Leukemia Society of America, Suncoast Chapter, at its award banquet in Tampa. Feld was awarded the title of Brooks Brothers Man of the Year for his fund-raising efforts during a seven-week period. Also honored was Dr. Ishwari Prasad, a gastroenterologist from Zephyrhills.

Dr. Michael A. Pikos recently joined 157 other dentists as a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, a group of the nation's leading experts in implant care.
