Kristopher Kirby is the president of the recently formed Sunflowers Emporium Inc., an art and antiques gallery in Ybor City at 1620 E Seventh Ave. Kirby earned a degree in graphic arts and specializes in computer generated pieces.

Karin Silver of Inland Homes in Westchase is the top sales associate for the first quarter of 1995. Silver who sold more homes at Westchase in 1994 tied for top honors in January with two other builder representatives: Marilyn Delozier of Mercedes Homes and Debbie Simard of M/I Homes.

Scott C. Ilgenfritz recently was elected to a three-year term as president of Johnson, Blakely, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel and Burns, a full-service law firm with offices in Tampa and Clearwater. He practices in the Tampa office in the areas of commercial, securities and real estate-related litigation.

Warwick R. Furr II has joined the law firm of Glenn Rasmussen and Fogarty as a partner in its commercial litigation practice group. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Virginia and the District of Columbia. David E. Arroyo has also joined the firm as an associate lawyer. Arroyo earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California and a masters in economics from Duke University, and graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law. He is a member of the firm's commercial litigation practice group.

Terry Cramer, owner of Terry Cramer and Sons Inc., has been elected vice president of Region II of the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA). Cramer has been in the auto business since 1974 and has been on the board of directors of the NIADA.

Margo Wickersham has joined Sharpe Mortgage Lending Services Inc. as a licensed mortgage broker. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and brings several years of marketing and sales experience to the organization.

Mark Colborn, a delivery driver for United Parcel Service, recently was recognized by the company for completing 10 years of driving without an accident.

Steven J. Roland and David G. Van Arnam have been appointed new directors of O'Brien and Gere Engineers Inc. Roland, a senior vice president, joined the company in 1978 and holds executive responsibility as officer-in-charge of several of the firm's officers. He has bachelor's degrees in civil and environmental engineering from Union College. Van Arnam joined the company in 1974 and has executive responsibility for several offices.

Lisa K. Harris has joined the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce as assistant to the director. She has 14 years' experience in print design, book design, copywriting and advertising.

Dr. William Brooks has been named to the board of directors of the National Association of Counsel for Children. He is one of two physicians selected in the United States. Brooks is an attending physician in the Pediatric Emergency Care Center at Tampa General Hospital.
