Oscar-nominated actor Robert Downey Jr. was arrested for the third time in a month after walking away from his court-ordered drug treatment program at the Exodus Recovery Center in Malibu, Calif., Saturday morning.
When he returned, he was arrested and booked for violating bail conditions.
Downey, 31, received an Oscar nomination for the 1992 film Chaplin.
He was arrested Tuesday night for trespassing and being under the influence of a controlled substance after he reportedly broke into a neighbor's home. Hours before, authorities had filed drug and weapons charges against him related to a June 23 arrest.
He was scheduled for an arraignment Aug. 30 but was being held Saturday on a new warrant and $250,000 bail.
