DONOHUE, JOSEPH A. "JOE," 79, of Beverly Hills, died Sunday (July 21, 1996). Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he came here 17 years ago from Levittown, N.Y. He was a foreman in the construction industry and a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Beverly Hills. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a child actor in silent movies from 1922 to 1929 in New York. He was a member of the Irish-American Social Club, the Sunshine Club, the Beverly Hills Civic Association and Harry F. Nesbitt Post 10087, all of Beverly Hills, the Catholic Golden Age, New York, and the National Association of Retired Persons. Survivors include his wife, Mary A.; a son, Dennis, Stony Brook, N.Y.; two daughters, Patricia Saddlemire, Inverness, and Mary Caron, Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
