ALBRIGHT, LEO E., 78, of Oldsmar, died Saturday (July 20, 1996) at Drew Village Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Clearwater. He came here in 1982 from his native Baltimore. COLLINS, TODD LEE, 29, of Palm Harbor, died Sunday (July 21, 1996) at home. He was born in Washington, D.C., and came here from Las Vegas. He worked for five years at Knights Inn, Palm Harbor, and was the general manager. He was an Air Force veteran and a 1996 graduate of Tampa College. He was Catholic and a member of Pinellas County Hotel-Motel Association and Clearwater Chamber of Commerce. Survivors include his wife, Carmella; his father, Leroy, Bowie, Md.; his mother, Brenda Becker, Las Vegas; a brother, William Smith, Annapolis, Md.; a stepson, Anthony Sottile, and two stepdaughters, Heather Costabile and Holly Sottile, all of Palm Harbor.
