Club loses license after raid on rave

Three people were arrested after an early morning sheriff's raid on a "rave" in North Tampa Saturday, authorities said.

About 150 were attending the rave, an all-night dance party, at Tremors Ozone Club, 15212 N Nebraska Ave., when the raid occurred at 3:45 a.m., said Deputy Mike Russell.

Arrested were Debby Sampson, 23, of Seffner on an outstanding warrant for petty theft; a 16-year-old male on charges stemming from an earlier petty theft, and a 17-year-old male for possession of marijuana, Russell said. The teens' names were not available.

Agents from the state Division of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms revoked the club's license to sell alcohol, Russell said.
