Pamela Burke recently joined Marie Powell of Citrus County Inc., Better Homes and Gardens of Inverness as a sales associate. She will specialize in the listing and sales of residential properties. She is a member of the Citrus County, Florida and National Realtors associations. Burke is a lifelong county resident and a graduate of Citrus High School.

ERA Suncoast Realty has named Realtor/associate Donna Schneider and broker/associate Robert E. Talley as Million Dollar Club Members for 1996 and broker/associate Harry J. Eck as a Multi-Million Dollar Club Member for 1996. ERA also named Eck as Top Listing Associate for June and broker/associate Steve Latiff as Top Selling Associate for June.

WRZN-AM Sunshine 720 radio general manager and vice president Patricia Brinker recently attended the annual American Women in Radio and Television Convention in Naples at the Ritz-Carlton. Speakers included Leeza Gibbons and Montel Williams.

Trotter Realty recently announced that broker/associate Linda Thompson has surpassed $1-million in sales this year. She has more than 20 years' experience in real estate sales and listings and specializes in waterfront properties.

RE/MAX Realty One in Crystal River has named Tim Counts a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute and is a certified residential specialist.

Walt Driggers, CAI, AARE, president of Daye Driggers Inc., was among the auctioneers from throughout the United States and Canada who recently attended the 1996 National Auctioneers Association convention in California. The association conducted workshops, seminars and classes. Driggers taught a course during the convention.


Five thousand builders, remodelers and housing industry professionals from the South, including a contingent from the Citrus County Builders Association, recently attended the 1996 Southeast Builders Conference at the Orange County Convention Center. The latest building industry products and services were displayed at the 500-exhibit expo.

Linsco Private Ledger (LPL Financial Services) recently was recognized as the country's top independent broker/dealer based on 1995 total revenues, as reported in the June 1996 issue of Financial Planning magazine. Dennis Youngblood of Crystal River is the local Linsco business owner. As an LPL representative, he works with clients to analyze, evaluate and plan for long-term capital accumulation and appreciation of assets.
