Nancy Sasser recently joined the staff of Master Title Service of New Port Richey as a closing agent. Ms. Sasser has been a resident of the community for more than 20 years and was previously affiliated with NationsBank.

Patrick Cahill of ReMax Advantage Realty in New Port Richey was recently named top producer and top listing agent for June. Cahill also has passed the Florida real estate brokers' exam in Orlando.

Registered nurse Kim Smith was recently named coordinator for staff development at Hernando-Pasco Hospice of Hudson. Smith, former executive director of Hospice Care of Williams and Fulton counties in Ohio, will oversee the orientation, training and ongoing professional development for the hospice staff. Originally from Detroit, she received her nursing degree there from Grace Hospital School for Nursing.

Dr. Stephen Walding III recently joined the staff of Dr. George E. Carver in Dade City. Walding is a recent graduate of the University of Florida School of Dentistry.
