BIRD, LLOYD R., 83, of Tampa, died Saturday (July 27, 1996) at home under the care of Hospice. He was born in Tampa and was a life-long resident. He was a self-employed general contractor and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Tampa and belonged to Tampa Sailing Squadron. WOLFCALE, JAMES ROY, 76, of Tampa, died Friday (July 26, 1996) at home. He was born in Muskegon, Mich., and moved to Tampa from Atlanta in 1972. He was an architect and a captain in the Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Margaret, Tampa; three sons, Nick, Atlanta, Tim, Dallas, Thomas Russell, Tampa; a daughter, Carol Castleman, Tampa; two sisters, Mary Vander Boegh, Altamonte Springs, Fla., Mable Green, Michigan; and five grandchildren.
