A calm, well-dressed bank robber used a note to get money, then walked off without a word, authorities said Tuesday.
The suspect arrived at the First Nationwide Bank at 11125 Park Blvd. about 10:15 a.m. His note said, "I want all your $100s, $50s and $20s right now."
He waited quietly for the teller to obey, then tucked both the note and the cash into a brown wallet. He was last seen walking north from the bank.
He was described as Asian or Asian-American with a pockmarked complexion, about 45 years old, 5-foot-7 and 125 pounds. He wore white pants, a light-colored, long-sleeve dress shirt, sunglasses, a beige baseball cap and dark jogging sneakers. Anyone with information on the case was asked to call the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office at 582-6200.
