Boat accidents: "Hillsborough Tomorrow, Today Vision, Tomorrow Reality: The Hillsborough County Benchmarks Report," a December 1996 report produced jointly by the Hillsborough County City-County Planning Commission and the University of South Florida Center of Design and Research.
