The rollovers are done, and a single ticket _ sold in Seminole County, north of Orlando _ can claim the entire estimated $35-million Florida Lotto jackpot, lottery officials reported Sunday.
The ticket was sold in Casselberry.
The Lotto jackpot's two rollovers ballooned the jackpot from $7-million to $35-million and helped sagging lottery ticket sales. At one point late Saturday, players across the state were buying Lotto tickets from retailers at the rate of 21,853 an hour, lottery spokesman Ed George said.
At the estimated amount, the owner of the winning ticket can expect yearly payouts in the neighborhood of $1.75-million. That also could be broken down to monthly payments, spread out over the next two decades, of $145,833.33.
