HD: 30 YEARS OF POW WOW
The first Seminole Pow Wow in 1967 began as a chicken dinner cooked up by firefighters to raise money. Thirty years later, the festival has grown into Seminole's largest event, including a parade, arts and crafts, a car show, games, rides, live music, vendors and food. This year's Pow Wow will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday. In case of rain, the event will be held Sunday. Admission is free. All activities except the parade will take place at the Seminole Recreation Center on 113th Street.
