WHEN/WHERE: 9:35; Saddledome, Calgary.

TV: Sunshine.

RECORDS: Lightning 27-36-7, Flames 31-34-8.

THE SERIES: Calgary leads 4-3-1. In the only other meeting this season, the Lightning won 2-1, Tampa Bay's lone victory during a six-game homestand earlier this month.

LATELY: The Flames, sparked by two unassisted goals from Theoren Fleury, are on a four-game winning streak after a 4-2 victory over San Jose on Wednesday. Calgary, winner of eight of its past nine at home, is among six teams battling for the final five Western Conference playoff spots. Its lone loss in the past seven games (4-1-2) was to Tampa Bay. The Lightning's 3-1 loss at Edmonton on Wednesday was its third straight and sixth in seven games. Tampa Bay has not won on the road since beating the Islanders on March 4.

GOALIESPEAK: Corey Schwab faced 45 shots from the Flames on March 9, his third appearance in the Lightning's past seven games. But Schwab did not dress Wednesday. Expect ex-Flame Rick Tabaracci in goal tonight, though Daren Puppa could get the call. Calgary's Trevor Kidd faced just 13 shots Wednesday.

TRADE DEADLINE AFTERMATH: Marty McInnis, acquired as part of the deadline-day deal that sent highly paid C Robert Reichel to the Islanders, had an assist in his Calgary debut Wednesday. McInnis played on a line with Cory Stillman and rookie Jarome Iginla. Calgary assigned G Tyler Moss, acquired from Tampa Bay for Jamie Huscroft, to Saint John of the AHL.

LOOKING AHEAD: The Lighting plays at Vancouver on Saturday, the last in a three-game swing through western Canada. Tampa Bay returns home to play Ottawa on Tuesday.

THE AILING: Lightning _ C Brian Bradley (torn wrist ligament) and LW/RW Patrick Poulin (sprained medial collateral ligament, right knee) are on injured reserve. Bradley is out for the season. Flames _ Ex-Lightning C Aaron Gavey (whiplash) remains out. Fs Todd Hlushko (concussion) and Mike Sullivan (back spasms) did not play Wednesday.
