Add elegance to your dinner

This recipe for Easy Easter Cheesecake takes only five ingredients. It is quick and easy to prepare and requires no baking but makes an elegant dessert.

Easy Easter Cheesecake

8-ounce package cream cheese, softened

cup sugar

8-ounce tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (6 ounces)

1{ cups fruit cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

Refrigerate three hours or until set. Spread pie filling evenly over top of pie. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.

Cook's tip: Soften cream cheese in microwave oven on 100 percent power (high) 15-20 seconds.
