The members of the Homeschool Intellects of Citrus, or HI-C, above, were the top team in the Nature Coast Regional Envirothon this week at Fort Cooper State Park. County commissioners Gary Bartell, left, and and Vicky Phillips, far right, present the trophy to the Citrus team. The Envirothon challenges teams of high school students in six environmental areas.
