When both Minnesota and Tampa Bay failed to score in the first half, it was the first Bucs game that was scoreless at halftime since Oct. 6, 1991. Tampa Bay beat Philadelphia 14-13. It was the first NFL game to be scoreless at the half since a Giants-Oilers clash in 1994.
