One in three people, when asked for travel advice, will tell people not to try the hotel or airline they last used.

Uniglobe Travel, a travel agency franchiser, found in a survey of travelers that unhappiness with food and restaurants was one of the prime reasons people wouldn't recommend their airlines and hotels.
