The much-heralded Disney Magic, which was scheduled to make its first voyage March 12, now won't debut until April 30 due to unexpected delays at an Italian shipyard.
The thousands of passengers scheduled to cruise on the 15 canceled sailings will get 25 percent off their rescheduled trips; those booked on the first voyage are automatically being moved to the new starting date.
The cruises, from Port Canaveral to Nassau and Castaway Cay, Disney's private Bahamas island, can be combined with a stay at a Disney World resort. For details, call (407) 566-7000.
FUN ON THE RAILS: Strolling magicians, clowns and other entertainers are part of the daily routine on the new Florida Fun Train, shuttling between Hollywood and Kissimmee. There's also dancing, a wine bar and several restaurants among the four double-deck entertainment cars and five glass-domed passenger cars. One car is for adults only; another is geared to kids. One-way rates are $69.95 adults, $49.95 kids 2 to 12. Call (888) 386-8722.
