More models open at FishHawk Ranch

More new models have opened at FishHawk Ranch, a new development in Brandon that is expected to be the largest residential community in the Tampa Bay area.

American Heritage Homes has opened two models. The Ashland, with four bedrooms and two baths in 2,132 square feet of living space, is base-priced at $150,900. The Fairfield, with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 3,199 square feet of living area, starts at $175,900. Both are in the Falcon Ridge section, where the builder offers homes priced from $147,900 to $181,900.

Kimball Hill has opened a model in the Falcon Ridge section as well: the two-story, 2,731-square-foot Stratmon Plus, with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, priced at $173,500.

FishHawk Ranch is a 4,400-acre community where 7,500 homes are planned over the next 20 years. It is on Lithia-Pinecrest Road about 7 miles east of Exit 48 (Gibsonton-Riverview) on I-75 in southern Hillsborough County.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
