A cable installer from New Port Richey has claimed the $100,000 top prize in the Florida Lottery's Big 10 game. Feliciano Castillo, 32, received the first of his 10 annual payments of $10,000 on Friday in Tallahassee. "I originally thought I won $10," Castillo said in a news release. "When I realized it was $100,000, I got very excited." Castillo, who is from Zacatecas, Mexico, moved to Florida three years ago and works for Irwin Utilities. He said he is considering moving to a nicer home and buying a truck, the news release says. Castillo said his good-luck charm is his 1-month-old daughter, who was born on his birthday.
