TEAMS: Boca Ciega, Clearwater, Countryside, Dixie Hollins, Dunedin, East Lake, Gibbs, Lakewood, Largo, Northeast, Pinellas Park, St. Petersburg, Seminole, Tarpon Springs.
WHEN: Monday, 1:15
OUTLOOK: If the PCACs are any indication, it should be a showdown between Clearwater, Countryside, Seminole and East Lake. The Warhawks will be hurt because Lavana Davis and Natalie Smith will not be in the lineup. Countryside is hot right now, having won the PCACs, and East Lake can't be ruled out. Only one team and the top individual will advance to states.
4A-10 at Innisbrook
TEAMS: Osceola, Palm Harbor University, Shorecrest, Clearwater Central Catholic, St. Petersburg Catholic, Keswick Christian, Canterbury, Lakeside Christian, Northside Christian.
WHEN: Wednesday, 11:30 a.m.
OUTLOOK: Palm Harbor U. has a strong young team and should bring home its first district title. It doesn't hurt to play on its home course either. Osceola could surprise if it has a good day on a tough course.
6A-9 at Clearwater Country Club
TEAMS: Clearwater, Countryside, Dunedin, East Lake, St. Petersburg
WHEN: Tuesday, 1:15 shotgun start.
OUTLOOK: East Lake, Countryside and Clearwater should battle it out for the championship. The Tornadoes are 10-1, with the only loss coming to East Lake. If top golfers Jenny Gleason, Katrina Badgett and Katie Barber can come through, the Tornadoes could win the district.
4A-10 at Pasadena Country Club
TEAMS: Palm Harbor and Shorecrest are the only schools with full teams.
WHEN: Monday, 1 p.m.
OUTLOOK: It's a two-team race, and the Hurricanes look to be the favorite. There will also be some individual players from schools that do not field full teams. The top individual, as well as the winning school, will advance to state.
