Hey, did you know you're in the middle of National TV-Turnoff Week? A group called TV-Free America came up with this idea, now in its fourth year, with the hope of steering Americans away from the tube. The thinking goes that if you go without TV's mind-numbing drone for seven days, it will be easier to reduce the number of hours you spend as a couch potato, or even to kick the habit altogether. What do you think? Is kissing your TV-time goodbye a good idea? Or is television your best friend? Let us know by finding the TimesLine number for your area on Page 7D and entering category code 7600.

PRESS ONE for YES, TV-watching should be tamed.

PRESS TWO for NO, I can't live without my TV.
