Something gained in the translation

American films are enormously popular in Hong Kong, but Chinese-speaking audiences can't comprehend the Hollywood titles, so Hong Kong, according to a recent Wall Street Journal article, replaces them with blunt, descriptive titles.

Thus, Boogie Nights, a story of disco, drugs and an impossibly endowed porn star, became His Powerful Device Makes Him Famous, Oliver Stone's Nixon became The Big Liar, and As Good as It Gets, with Jack Nicholson's Oscar-winning turn as an obsessive-compulsive misanthrope, is Mr. Cat Poop, despite the fact that there isn't a cat in the movie.
